Ensuring transparency, quality implementation, and responsible use of resources.
Partners are selected based on technical capacity, operational experience, integrity, and alignment with SOUD’s mission. We conduct basic due diligence to assess organizational capacity, financial management, and safeguarding standards prior to engagement.
All partnerships are formalized through written agreements such as MoUs, service agreements, or sub-grant contracts. These clearly define the scope of work, roles, financial arrangements, reporting, and safeguarding obligations.
We monitor performance through regular communication, review of narrative and financial reports, documentation checks, and field visits. Partners must comply with SOUD policies on safeguarding, anti-fraud, data protection, and accountability.
