SOUD’s mission is to support the sustainable development of Afghan society by strengthening skills, knowledge, and community capacities in key sectors including health, education, agriculture, environment, and social services. Through culturally sensitive, community-based programs, SOUD promotes well-being, social cohesion, and inclusive opportunities, with a particular focus on women, youth, and vulnerable populations to build long-term resilience.

Provide emergency and complementary assistance, including essential non-food items and shelter support for IDPs, returnees, and vulnerable populations.
